Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some products in our store may be offered as a pre-order, backorder, subscription, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how those types of purchases can be changed or cancelled when they are available.
At this time, MaxxStick does not offer subscriptions or try-before-you-buy purchases.
Pre-orders and backorders
From time to time, MaxxStick products may be offered as a pre-order or backorder. This means the product may not be available to ship immediately at the time of purchase.
You may request to cancel a pre-order or backorder before it has been fulfilled or shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through this policy and will instead be handled under our Return Policy.
If payment was collected at checkout and your cancellation request is approved before fulfillment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
MaxxStick does not currently offer subscription purchases. If we offer subscriptions in the future, the subscription terms, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout.
Try before you buy
MaxxStick does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases. If we offer this option in the future, the trial period, payment authorization, return deadline, and billing terms will be shown at checkout.
Returns after shipment
Once an order has shipped, it is handled under our Return Policy. Please see our Return Policy for details about return eligibility, refunds, return shipping, and any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
